Terroir

The terroir (French terroir m., Area ‘, from the Latin terra, earth’) is for us winemakers much more than just the soil.

The earth gives the wine its basic flavour - its own character.

We therefore give great importance to the preservation of each terroir, even on the preservation of the life in the soil itself, because an active ecosystem is among other things a guarantee for successful vegetation and thus an important step to growing healthy grapes.
